We want you to love your Power Mist, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unopened Touchland products in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
